How is the wakad Area? what should be the right per sq ft price for a project with most of the amenities.?

are you sure.. because many of the good projects are quoting 2500 or so..

2500 to 2700 is a std rate charged in Wakad. Only factor is the builders in this area are ready to negotiate. You should be ready with your cheque book.
