Hi,
I hv seen a 3BHK flat on pashan sus road, costing upto 45 and half lacs. The flat is good, newly constructed, but the project does not have water bore well, it solely depends on the municipal water supply. Though almost all the flats have been ocupiped for last few months, and at this point of time they need to go for tanker water supply sometimes. Is it worth spending 45 lacs for such a flat where water is likely to be a problem, though municipal water is not a problem on pashan-sus road area. can anybody suggest me what shud be done? Thanks, Smita |

PMC water is always better than borewell water. What is the time period for PMC water? You can store this water in your SIntex tank.
I heard.....in Pashan-Sus road, water supply is good enough. |
