project is ok... but its under construction... one of my friend has bought a flat there in June 09 and builder promiesd him possession in Mar10 but now he has deffered it Aug 10...so better to wait and buy ready possession flat there...

In feb. first week rate was 3000 psf.
don't know about current rate. Please let me know current rate and status of Project.

I wont recommend "waiting" for the flats to be ready, becoz by the time it gets ready, it will be sold out.

Even if the construction is 85% complete, you can check the flats. And if you like the design and if it falls within your budget, go ahead with it.

Marvilla was quoting 3.2k psf around a month back. As the project is nearing completion (June for the first 7 floors and August for the 8th to 11th as of now), the rates will keep climbing.

On 5-Nov-2009 when i visited. Marvilla was quoting Rs 2799, if its 3200 in Feb then its a 15% rate jump in around 4 months. thats a sharp spike!!
