Default Whats your opinion about Gera Developers?

I am thinking of buying with one of their projects in Kharadi. I have been talking to their sales team and till now the experience has been good. But I would just like to check out what you feel about them before I buy something. Please help!!!

Gera are useless. This I can say from my experience with them w.r.t. their Gera's Regents Park at Baner, near Pancard club. Many false claims, the biggest one being that the plot is of 4 acres, though in reality it is just about an acre:p. Rest about DP & all, we all know the story.

Man, they don't have 4acres at first place.

One more thing:- One of my friend visited their Kharadi project & found that the ceiling height is very less & when enquired nearby, the water supply is almost non-existent. Check these 2 facts as well.

I guess water situations are same in the surrounding areas and are not related to the builder. So if you know you are buying in kharadi you will face the same problem with any other reputed/non-reputed builder.

If the construction is about to be completed and the cost is in your budget and overall other factors such as how much you like the flat etc. You can make the decision.

Also another way is to go visit his recently completed projects and ask the residents about his experience. Thats the best way.

In their Kharadi project they had made several false claims.
1. They had told that, there will be society garden between 2 projects. But then the real story came out that the land is given to PMC as 'amenity space' and there is plan to make one 'public' garden there.
2. They did not have stilt in original plan. But later they made stilt and created child play area. So the buyers who had flat on first floor, it became ground floor, and child play area, just opposit their balcony on first floor. While for second floor people, their floor became actually first floor.
