Hi All,
I am planning to buy a flat in Pune for the following reasons: 1. To get a steady source of income through a rental (Around 7-10K) 2. As a good Investment (for resale maybe within the next 3-4 years). I am looking at two areas 1. PS, Wakad 2. Kondhwa, Katraj side. Please advise on which of the above two areas would be a better option for me? Should I be looking at some other areas too which would better suit my requirements? Thanks in advance for your help. |

Defintely Katraj - Kondhwa is a good deal. ESPECIALLY when it comes to resale / renting you wont find customers for Wakad considering your investment made for a couple of months / years.

For investing, PS has higher rates than Kondhwa. So you will have to shell out more for PS/Wakad. You may also look at Hadapsar & nearby areas which have less rates & many people working at Magarpatta looking for rent options. |
