why we not group together and will make the community and then bargain with builder.
Hi,
As per my experience for searching or buy the flat in pune area. all builder are having there monopoly, so why we cant breaking there monoply , we can break there monopoly only if we will group together. I creat this new thread for who are interested to buy the flat in wakad area please post ur budget and are u ready to buy the flat on this month? if we go in group they will give us flat 20 to 25 % less price. and it will also good for out future perspective. |
