Society
Society is always important consideration. Ask the single bldg apartment owners. So much of malaise, no unity , unresponsive neighbours.
Society generally in many bldg projects have better atmosphere abt them. Once society is formed after min 10 members r avble, can on behalf of members negotiate, make rules and maintain gen hygiene. Go for a multi-bldg society. |
