Is it worth investing on Handewadi Road,Hadapsar? - Indian Real Estate Forum

Guys,
Last week I happen to visit Handewadi Road in hadapsar and saw quite number of new Res-projects coming up there.The ones seem OK to me were Runwall Seagull, Sanscruti,Eisha Empire ...but location and surroundings in this area doesn't impress too much....How do you guys rate this area in the near future..do u really see any signs of developments here and is it worth investing in this part of planet earth ?Appreciate your thoughts on this.

better to invest in west. Wakad, baner, hinejwadi (pimpri-chinchwad : not really, but I may be biased)
Closer to Mumbai, closer to IT, better it is.

hopeless area.
Some of the projects are good, as you mentioned runwal and eisha. but area is not worth. The only reason it got appreciated is mp city and sp infocity. but it is too dense area, narrow roads, water scarcity, bad locality.. etc. Passing thru sabji mandi is nightmare. Pls forget it and look at better areas.

Instead of handewadi road, I would say Undri is much more better. I liked Inora Park from TATAs.

I would always go for west pune.
