Default Is it worth purchasing flat in Ravet?

Hi All,
I happen to visit Ravet area for property search.
There are two major projects - Nano Homes & 2, BHK from Runal Developers.

Though builders are saying many things about the area, as of today it has nothing.
So I am not sure if it is worth buying there? Rates are in range of 2200 to 2400/- per sq ft.

Please comment.

Thanks

Rates too high as still there is noy much development in Ravet. Aundh - Ravet BRT route and 6 lane road is under progress but will take 3-4 years to reach Ravet.

If you are looking for an investment then you can negotiate builders and get a property in very nominal rate.. But there is nothing if you want to live from now.. You have to wait for 2-3 years atleast to see things in real not on paper

Jiten,

If you have surplus money then i would suggest you to buy 2 shops with a good bargain rate in this area.. and wait for another 5 yrs.. then you may get good returns on your investment.

Buying flat in such a area where no infra is present and no assurity of water is not suggested.
