Royal Park Avenues (Aishwarya Estates)
Amoda Springs


Also It would be good to know about good projects (Plot) in the range 800-900 / sft in this region

Hi,

I visited this property and there seems to be few sites availble in phase 1 but my friend was not convinced with approch road as both the sides it is covered with farm land? whats your opinion on this project is it livable in the enxt 3 - 5 years?kindly advice

royal park ph-2 : the only -ve point is narrow 15ft approach road. the developer knows this right from beginning of phase-1 but still keeps giving false promise of making this road as 60ft.
There's no point in (for me) to put money into such layouts when even road width is an issue. Also comparisons drawn with JR layouts (Garden, coconest) miss out on the clear fact that JR layouts open up onto Marsur road which is minimum 30 ft.

No idea abt Amoda springs.

Raod size it a valid backdraw but on the other hand the price are also less than JRs. I have purchased a plot in Phase-1. There are few left in Phase 1 also.
