Default IVC road project cancelled near bangalore ?

Hi

Today i had gone to IVC road nearDevenahalli airport to see some layouts and properties. It is where even SObha Villas construction are going on.. When i enquired few people about the IVC road(supposed to be 300 ft road), the local people there told me that the project has been cancelled. Thats why the people who have already invested in the layouts there have started reselling it. BUt many real estate agents are selling the properties with an increased price saying that IVC road will come in the near future. SO guys, please be careful if anybody have invested or planning to invest there.

Thanks
Kris

Thank you for the info. I was on Yelahanka-Doddaballapur main road last weekend to see some layouts as well and most develpers told me that the IVC road was to come up there. I believe its best to check it up directly with the BDA.

LoL its funny .. quoted prices for tranquil arc range from 1000 bucks to 700 bucks .. a 30% swing. Buying all this stuff you can never be sure that youve got the best price !!

Thumbs up BCCI buys NCA land for Rs 46 cr

NEW DELHI: The National Cricket Academy (NCA), the supply line of Indian cricket, will soon have a new address. The Indian cricket board (BCCI) has already bought 32 acres of land for the NCA from the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board. The board has paid Rs 46 crore for acquiring the land.

According to BCCI, this new complex will be built in the Kadgurki and Yemrahallo villages of Devanahalli Taluk. This is near the new Bangalore airport. Earlier, 32 acres of land was allotted to the BCCI in Bidadi Industrial Area, Ramanagara Taluk, but the board was keen on a land new the airport.

NCA currently functions out of the Chinnaswamy stadium complex. "It's helpful for those cricketers who come here for training and rehabilitation programmes. The new complex will be exciting for the young cricketers," an NCA official told TOI on Monday
