Need feedback on Peninsula pinewoods in sarjapur - Real Estate India

I am planning to buy villa plot in sarjapura road.Has anybody in this forum booked plot there.Can you please give your views on peninusla pinewoods in sarjapur.

Did you get quotes from the developer for this plot? I think this project is little far their villa projects. Going for a villa if you have budget will be better than villa plots.

Hello ambglr & sushrinku,

I own a plot in this project - me & a few of my friends booked plots here & it was very smooth sailing. The developer is quite good & sticks to his commitment.

Booking a villa outright or a plot is your own decision, however I beleive Sarjapur will take off only after Wipro & Infy build on their land here & setup operations.
Hence I booked a plot looking at a horizon of 5 yrs.

By the way, is it possible to let me know what is the developer quoting & how many plots are available for sale in Pinewoods.

Thanks.I booked it and mine was the last piece.price was same as it started with.
