Hi Guys,
I am trying to analyse with your help, is it better to start on your own as a property consultant and express yourself freely or should one work with one of the real estate company and take a safe bet of earning monthly salary. If one has to start as individual real estate professional, what should be the important factors into consideration. 1)Do you need to have a office from day one 2)Do you need to have a real estate certification from the available institutes 3)Do you need to hire people to work for you 4)How much do you keep a budget to spend to market yourself 5)How do you network to get information on properties available on resale The questions are endless, I have put my views below will appreciate your views 1) I am of the opinion you don't need a office can operate from home also provided you are professional and available to your clients ( To start up renting a office will also be a huge ask) 2) I feel any certification or education, knowledge only helps if you have experience in this field then not required. 3) I feel you should start working yourself round the clock 24x7 rather depending on others to deliver for you initially 4) You need to have some budget, the money which you have saved to start up should be used wisely only for publicity nothing else in the beginning 5) I feel with time, internet and other local agents you will be able to get through the actual seller, but it will take time Guys lets make this thread a knowledgeable one for every newcomer in the Real Estate Field, as I feel you can only grow by sharing. Very good! tips for new property consultants.please elaborate effective publicity methods and information about finding seller because all advertising sites are full with broker's add and it would be difficult to find actual owner.how can new property consultant make a networking system with oter dealers and brokers? .Can internet is good option for advertiesment while buyer and seller can intract directly with same set of informations.

It is must to get the answers of these questions before starting real estate business. These are the basic questions. If you have answers of these questions then it will reduce the later confusion.
