Newbie - Need guidance
I have been searching for flats to buy for quite some time and I'm nearing to end of the search. I found couple of good flats of my wish.
Before getting into the deal, what are the basic things that I should check ?
Since I'll be taking a loan, What are the documents I should get from the builder ?
Also, what is difference between Sale Agreement and Registration ? When I spoke to a builder, he said once the flat is booked, we have to enter into a sale agreement(Sale Agreement on UDS of the land).
I'm really confused ! If I get into the sale agreement of the land, how would i get the loan on the total cost ?!
Please help me with some suggestion.
