Default Co-Operative Group Housing society,L Zone,Chahawla Village near Dwarka

Hello All,

I have heard lot about new investment zones in delhi. One of them is L zone near dwarka. It is adjoining the upcoming diplomatic enclave.

I have recently heard that there is CGHS coming up in Chhawla village. The land is about 50acres and bought by Best Group. They are pooling the land for CGHS. I 'm interested to know, if somebody has information about this.

The land cost is decided and will be taken from buyers in 14 months and rest will be construction linked.

There are many confusions behind this. These people are builders and forming a CGHS. This is quite usual these days. They have land in chunks and they need to acquire some more land. After acquiring the land they shall get the society registered. Then submit a proposal for society.
According to land pooling policy DDA shall return 60% of land given to them. This land can be used for society.
According to me it is very time consuming process and good for only long term investors or end users.

Below is the info which I got regarding this Co-operative society flats.

1. Location Chawla - 10 min from the Airport, Existing Dwarka Sectors and NH 8.

Thanks for providing this info.

can you tell builder Name,contact, website?

If the builder has 500 acres, he can as well let the approvals come and launch it all by itself.
He need not collect land cost to buy land.
Benefit of forming society (to the builder) is not clear in this case.
And this no-profit-no-loss Philanthropy is hard to swallow ( even from a builder :-] ).

When DLF etc would be launching at 8000, why cannt this builder ? Social service?

( I am not shooting the messanger, my response is to the forwarded content only)

Hey guys, fairly new to to this forum...

I have invested in this society (initial payment is only RS.100 cheque)....Dealer is saying that the first payment of 4lac would be after 30 days of the Best group getting their CGHS registration number from DDA......think that would be around august or sept 13 only.till get only RS.100 is at sake. :-) have time to research abt this project and builder.

Elders pls help if this a good option as the payment terms and rate is too good too be real.
