People buying in foreign countries are vulnerable to unethical behavior on the part of sellers and agents due to their lack of local knowlege and the fact that agents on foreign soil normally ignore local regulation or code of conduct.
I have first hand experience of disgraceful ethical behavior on the part of UK agents operating in Spain and Bulgaria. If anybody is thinking of investing in England, Spain, or Bulgaria there are some great deals to be secured at the moment but always make thorough third party checks.
