Default Property not in good condition after Sale Agreement

I have just made a deal to buy a property for which I had time limit of five months in which i couls make Payment and take possesion of the same.

I have Paid 3/4 of Agreed Amount and now I find the esidential Property is having leakage problems from the ceiling from the floors above.

I was not aware of this fact when we entered into the Agreement.
Now what are my options?
