One should go to a consumer court rather then a crime branch. Consulting a good lawyer to understand the various laws is always useful. As far as I know Triveni launched the Sec-89 project as a pre-launch which is an illegal practice.

One thing that requests all is to continue to raise your voice through internet, blogs, email, & media. This will put pressure on the developers and would also expose these cheaters to the public. At least other people will not fall pray to them.

they did it in Agra and now doing it in Faridabad. I had booked the flat in sec 89 three years ago and you know what? Not even the excavations has started till now. And over all these they are still sending mailers requesting the customers to make advance payments and luring them with the branded gadgets! Heights of tolerance.

I am really looking forward to banish the builder. They are big time fraud, they did this earlier and now they are again doing it.

I am with you all to fight for the right. We should definitely get together to take legal action against the company. it is a shame to call it a company rather we can call it a house of FRAUDS!!!

After 5 years, Triveni has not initiated even a single thing for the development of this Vrindavan project. Five years is a long time but there is no sign of any commitment from the company to complete this project.
The only aim of this company is to collect money by issuing false advertisements. Even last year, they had issued an advertisement that possession will be in 6 months. 1 year has passed and there is still no sign of any development. These advertisements are only meant to mislead the common customer. If anybody has any booking in Triveni Krishna vatika Vrindavan, please do drop a note to this mail thread so that we can form a group and fight our case in consumer court.
