Triveni Infrastructure Victims Association
Triveni Infrastructure is cheating the gullible investor openly. While on the one end they are not refunding the money, on the other hand they are planting newer and newer advertisements to attract more and more new investors in their schemes which would never materialise. They have sid all the money and put in their new Media company so that media and politicians keep away from their cheating spree. In order to fight this pheonix, all the Victims are requested to join this association by forwarding their details to Triveni.Victims (at) Gmail (dot) com Please comment and advice how can we take this movement forward. Dear friends,
As an united group, all the members suffering due to their investments in this fraudulent group should fight as a single entity. Individuals cannot fight on their individual capacity as the group may have influence with the Govt., Police, Depts. etc. But it will be long drawn process taking a few years even. ks2071746 |

I am also a victim of triveni I have booked a flat in Signature around 3yrs back but still no progress. We are trying to form a group and for that we have already registered an association for that. Dear friends,
Please fight unitedly. Take more members into the group. Especially take affected members from police, advocates, industries, govt. etc. both in service or retired, into the fold. Meet often, atleast once in a month to discuss on the strategy and further course of action. Take someone very influential politically as the leader of the group to fight the issues with the cheat company. Never mind, it can be a long drawn process. ks2071746 |

To the Victims Association,
as a gesture and my duty towards society being an advocate, i wish to bring to the notice of you all that in the last two years the National Consumer Commission has played a proactive role in protecting the Consumers (similarly placed as you) and has also delivered landmark judgments against various big real estate developers by imposing penalties. It is thus advised that you may contact any good advocate (having good knowledge about consumers laws) to guide you. NK Gupta |

Its really nice to see that all consumer are going against a fraud company together. The problem in this sector is all the influence people are involved here, So getting justice is a big process. However I wish you all a good and speedy justice.
