Property exhibition for NRIs - Real Estate India - Property Discussion Forum

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai) and Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) have announced the dates of India Property — 2006 Gulf.

Organised by the official body of the Indian real estate industry, Credai, this exhibition will be held in Oman, Bahrain and Dubai over a span of 10 days.

The exhibition venues will be Muscat, Sheraton Oman Hotel from today till December 2 2006, Bahrain, Sheraton Bahrain Hotel & Towers on December 4 and 5 and at Dubai Renaissance Hotel from December 7 to 9.

India Property — 2006 Gulf aims at providing accurate information to NRIs on real estate investment options back home. Leading developers from places like Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkatta, Gurgaon, Goa will participate in the event.

Indians living in the Gulf generally have a dream of buying a property back home and are looked upon and respected for their hard working nature and sense of enterprise.

There are an estimated 1.5 million Indians residing in the Gulf countries of Oman, Bahrain and UAE with a sizeable NRI population consisting of professionals such as doctors, engineers, bankers, finance experts, managers. Many hold middle or senior management positions in the corporate sector. Today, NRI’s in the Gulf have a high per capita income but with limited investment options. Indian Real Estate is one sector that offers high potential.

This properly exhibition will give them the perfect platform of fulfilling their dreams as well as making a sound investment decision.
