Yes that's possible. Structure does not really take time.

There was some work already done by previous builder before Ansal get into this project.

And as per CLP, Actual construction will be applicable by 3rd payment only (excluding booking amount)..... so first 3 will be in 2 month gap each.....

This is clever way of builders to collect money without doing anything.

Guys , what are the prices of Ansal Heritage 2bhk as of now and how much is the premium on the initial launch rates...trying to understand the demand for this area/project.....As one of the brokers is asking me to invest in a new project coming up in this sector only

Hi - I received a demand letter from Ansal for the service Tax on EDC/IDC. They also attached a some kind of circular and saying this is new circular from a goverment to pay Tax on EDC/IDC. I already paid the installment but this letter is only demanding for the service tax on EDC/IDC paid in my last installment. Please let me know if anyone else received the same or Is there any such recent govt circular to pay the service tax on EDC/IDC ?

its by Uppal ex-employees, and cheque should be in favour of Mangalmay Constructions pvt ltd, their 1st project, rates - 2800/sqft, size 1175 sqft
