And the only sufferer will be the common man, who is waiting for his dream home for years. For how long he can wait?

These cheater know that the they cannot win the case and they use their relations to delay the case for years, so that we loose our patience and pay these cheater the money they have charged extra. This is the reason people shy away from legal processes.

In my point of view, it would have been good judgment, if the court would have ordered Piyush group to give possession without extra charges and these extra charges will be settled after final decision. It would have been win win situation for all.

As an instant benefit out of litigation, Piyush group seems to have been left with no choice to offer possessions through staggered OC applications made over the last one year.

Builders assumption is based on the fact that many would give up litigation and take possession. It is natural that those who have invested their lives savings would bear the pain, agony and exploitation of excessive illegal charges than to bear the uncertainty of delay.

This is purely the exploitation of legal system by builder to weaken the buyers determination for not paying illegal and unethical charges.

Hope courts understand and behave in a manner which does not deny justice due to delay tactics by the alleged CHEAT builder.

Next Date NCDRC July 25th 14. Buyers should collectively push court for a speedy judgement.
Case No. CC/296/2012

Not long before builder is forced to withdraw illegal demands.

Somehow such frauds dont get reflected by larger media house coverage. Kudos to India Kesri for the article about 100 cr extortion by Piyush Group.

I was looking for a 2BHK in GF area for quite some time. One dealer is offering me a 2 BHK in Piyush Heights (M-tower) for 38 lakhs. Is it worth it?...what are the premium prospects of this property in future....say 5 years from now?

Is 38 all inclusive ? How much is the area ? How much premium and booking rate etc ?

Whether this is for deluxe or standard unit. Also please be careful as the builder has increased the area of 2BHK by aprox 110 sq. ft., as of now M tower possession is still not offered this will be additional burden on you. Please consider that also in your budget. Please provide more details about the detail to help you in better way.

What sort of additional burden?I did not understand.
This is the final quote for a standard unit after taking into account the increased area (revised to 1268 sq. ft) & all the additional demands by piyush. I m expecting possession for M tower by diwali of 2015. Only the registry amount is to be paid over & above this 38 lakhs
