Guys,
SRS residency (RTM) or UPPal sec86 which shud be better from investment/end user perspective. Main entrance of Uppal a big question mark? Will that road ever be cleared? Which one shall i go for budget 40-45lacs. Please provide ur inputs? |

Club facility quality? Dont know 6. Flat layout ? + Like the SRS layout better than Jade just a little bit - Entrance of Jade flat opens up to the Dining space. - Kitchen can be accessed only after crossing the Living room. - Jade has only 2T + Jade rooms are a little bigger + Jade has balcony adjoining the kitchen with water supply to keep Washing Machine. No such provision in SRS. + Jade is giving wooden flooring and wood work in 2 Bedrooms If there are any more questions of points anyone can think of then please do add to the list. Hopefully we should conclude something |

Uppal will always better than SRS. Uppal is going to give possession of tower C2 and D2 in September 2012. Possession of rest of the towers will be before December 2012. Quality of construction, Park, Room Size, Design all are better then SRS. No resale available in UPPAL. No one want to sell. 90% buyer is satisfied with quality of work and construction speed. I agree to most of the points here but no resale is primarily due to no buyers for the same in the market. Until and unless the road issue is resolved, there would not be any takers. As on date, SRS is a safer bet than Uppal.

If I'm not mistaken, road to SRS is also disputed. That's y relatively low premium for RTM flats. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
