Default Actual Purchasing Rate by Buyers in Raj Nagar Extension !!!

Dear Friends

I am staring this thread for the already invested as well as new buyers who are looking to invest in the project in Raj Nagar Extension (RNE) only.

Over a period of last 6-18 months a lot of projects have seen a price appreciation of 15% to 50%.

New buyers always want some kind of price benchmark to be used while going to book a flat.

Purpose of this thread is to provide the benchmark rates for various projects and also to get the trend of rates for various projects in RNE.

Here is the details of flat I had booked:

So you booked at 1838 PSF All Inclusive Rate 1 year before.... BTW what is current all inclusive PSF rate in DP offering by builder in same Tower / Floor / PLC.. where you have booked....

Phase-1 is almost complete. Expected possesion is by this month end.
Phase-2 is construction is going on but I dont have any idea of price for that.

Ther is no project of RNE in the builder's website. Can U share the other details like location of project, Floor Plans, Project Highlights etc. From the website builder looks ok.

Builder has good reputation, some commercial projects, listed on website have already delivered.
There is also a project Homz in kaushambi area which is under construction and will be delivered by this year end.Its behind my society so i see its progress evry now and then.


Location of Pearl-58 in RNE , is at very good location.
A 45 meter road will pass just in front of its main gate. The road is under construction and i have seen its already approved in GDA master plan.

So all in all something which is worth investing. And very less people are able to located this opportunity , and by the time they come to know about this. Prices will shoot up.


One good thing about Pearl 58 , is that they have 6 towers , out of which 2 towers have bought by Army and 1 tower is bought by government bank.
So the project is very safe to invest.
