Default Ashiana Palm court

I want to buy a flat in Ashiana Palm court at Raj nagar ext Ghaziabad.Please advise and what is the current Price.

Hi Mr Sood,

Getting a flat in Ashiana is a very difficult task. I had tried myself for my personal use but prices have sky rocketed due to limited supply of resale flats. Its a sold out project,

Prices were around 25-30 L range till early 2011. Now, nothing is available less than approx 40 L, that too if anything is available at all.

I was close to finalise a deal at 35L last October but couldn't do it dude to some reason and now its above my budget.

there are other good societies in vicinity.svp is one of them. you can buy.

Thanks for making my Sunday morning !!! I had bought a 3bhk in Ashiana PC 2 years on a whim(sudden decision) at approx 28 lac (all incl.),,,, and now it is > 40 L ?!!!!

You made a very good decision on that day
Prices are indeed hovering between 37-41L depending upon floor and facing. Park facing, lower floor is roughly around 40L (covered parking).

Let me know if you are interested in selling, its for my personal use .

The approach road is still a problem. once Mt 45 mt and 24 Mt connecting road are developed then this is going to a super location. Btw, you can rent out a flat in APC 8.5 - 9 K incl maintenance.. that's cheap..

FYI... In APC, now a days the offer to sell is at around 43, which was at 40, 6 months ago..

Just to give people an idea of the downturn in prop market .... My flat in APC was vacant for want of a tenant for the last almost one year !! Have now finally found a tenant after having to reduce the rent from the previous value !! By 1000. Rs per mo ! When APC is one of the better societies in RNE ! The maintenance guys In fact told me I was lucky (!!!!) to have found a tenant !!
