Actually it is more under-priced than You think (because of LOADING FACTOR).

KDP's 1125 3BHK have more carpet area than CR's 1190 3BHK and
KDP's 1250 3BHK have more carpet area than KW Shristi's 1425 2BHK+Study.

Good that U have booked in KDP.

One risk is there that at the time of possession / FDN builder may ask for increase in super area. Many builders do it but in case of projects where loading is very less, scope of doing it is more.

Hope KDP Infrastructure people do not play dirty.
Till now kdp has not done such thing and hope will not do it in future also

As per I know KDP's construction quality is more than average. What you have heard please let us also know so we can check at our own.

Pls tell how do you calculate the loading and out of the above, whose loading / location / pricing do you all like.

Can you suggest which one should I go with?

Thanks in advance.

I have personally visited KDP site and seen work in towers B & C which is fully completed and in Towers I, IA, K etc where structure is complete but construction still going on. I have also seen their work going on in basement.

Nowhere, I found any issue with quality. The thickness of columns and slabs were adequate. The quality of construction materials used was also good. Their Civil Engineers have done some good innovations like maintaining a gap of 3-4 inches between external walls and drain pipes (so that in case of leakage from drain pipes, it does not spreads into the wall). In the flat layout there is a hand wash basin with the dining space, (so that after a meal you need not go to the wash-room to wash your hand). They have adequate no of basement parking, still they will be covering the open parking with fibre-glass shed. Yes, in the bedroom- the wooden door of the wardrobe is sub standard and you will need to replace it. Other things like colour schemes are personal in nature and varies from person to person. I personally did not like their "Peela-Hara" colour scheme, but someone else may like the same.

TO CONCLUDE

I disnot find anything adverse in terms of strength of the structure, quality of construction material used etc.
dceite, mohanpruthi and Manoj2012 like this.

When I booked my flat in 2009, I showed their construction to one of my friend's father, who is a professionally civil engineer. He told me that building structure, strengrhs are very good. In addition to what U mentioned above, he told me one more thing that distance between two pillars anywhere in apartment is very ideal. Yeah I m also not very happy with the finishing like colours of tiles, quality of floor tiles, almirahs are worst. But these are superficial things which can be worked out anytime if U have budget. i have personally seen people who bought new apartments but modified completely according to their choice.

Kya baat hai, nobody knows how to calculate loading and reg. the construction quality of KDP, I told what I had heard.

Can anybody tell the current cost psf at KDP and how are Balamukanda and Star Rameshwaram in terms of quality and the cost given by the brokers above.

Is there anything in resale in both the above.

Now seeing the above price I found Balmukanda Residency better than the rest in terms of loading, costing, and locality. Pls also tell how to get loading of a flat.

Pls give your views on Balmukanda Residency. Pls also tell how far will it be from the proposed metro station.
My budget is 25L. I called Highend Paradise office, the marketing guy quoted 26.7L AI for 920 sqrt on 7-8 floor. Regarding possession he said Apr\May 2013.
Members can you through some light on this project Regarding
  1. Builder
  2. Price
  3. Location
  4. construction update & probable possession
  5. How much negotiation is possible
