Cloud nine is offering at a amazing price 2200 psf , how it is possible in that area, i wonder, can any body help

Default Looking for 2 BHK flat to buy in 30-35 lacs, please suggest

Dear members, I need your advise on 2 BHK flat in DELHI NCR(Vaishali,vasundhar,indirapuram) I have budget of 30-40L
and looking for decent 2BHK in NCR.
Kindly advise me some good location and builder. I am buying it for investment purpose

Looking for some prelauncing option or rate/sq ft<3000 rs

you won't get anything in this budget in those areas though you can get something in Crossing Republic and Raj Nagar extension.

At this rate, you can try builder floors in Vishali, vasundara and Indirapuram. All new launch projects are starting not less than 4000-4500 psf.

I have visited Angel Jupiter in Indirapuram(DPS), Builder is asking 4400/sq ft and possesion in 2015. Please let me know if some of members has booked flat there, and
where land is GDA approved since in last building , angel got number of issues. Thanks a lot for all your help
