Hi All,

Very good morning to all of you... could you please help me to know about the project Eboney Green (Ground + 3) - low rise for investment point of view.

Right now i have an offer of 30 L (2 BHK - Second floor, corner, Park facing). I also heard that work has been started on proposed road - Connectivity from NH24.

Kindly guide.

location very average...metro route shown in the map is totally false...
No point in taking at a remote place...at the price..( very high )

Crossing RTMs at a better loaction available at a cheaper price and after NE opening and announcement of Metro there..I don't see any future appreciation in medium term..there

totally my personal view..

Proposed road is under construction... contruction work has been started for next phase.
