One of my friend is living in Gaur Green Vista IP
I was looking to buy a flat over there ,but was amazed to find his inputs.

1. Gaur kept on increasing the flat/blocks, but didn't took care of the power backup as you know power is a major
problem in summers. DG runs for 5 min's & then it stops which happens continuously whereas still most of the units are still vacant.
2. Shrinked the room sizes & increased the balconies.
3. Not adequate security.
4. Very high Maintenence Cost- for 2BR+study( in which my friend is living), he is paying alomot 4k per month.
5. Rude Staff.
6. very small parks, when all the units will be filled, very small space left for children to play.
7.Dogs were running in the compound.
8. Very bad carpentry work.

Since i was looking for a flat, can you pls provide your invaluable inputs in other societies of your experience.

its surprising that residents are not protesting and are paying the maintenance. Think of those child/aged people, eho reside at top floor !
