Default GDA Madhuban Bapudham Flats Scheme 2012

Hi All,

It is really worth to buying flat in this scheme or it is same as was last time that they was charging same as open market price. Please suggest.

dont u think rates are very high for 2bhk kind of flats...near about 35 lac?....isse acha to log ajnara, aashiana , gaur jaise scocites me hi lenge? its gda flat...? ..

just oppsite to edm mall there a societry named ...something like kandoori i suppose....waha pe log nahi hai ..puri socitry bhut bangle ki tarah khali hai....pass me hi sharab ka theka hai....wo sharabhi side ki boundry me whole karke socitry k ander aake jua khelte hai...or bhi bahut se galat kam hote hia.......12 mahine waha society k ander pani bhara rehta hia , jo itna sad gya hia ki jaise nala........shayd isliye log waha nahi rehte hia...or wo nashedio ka adda ban chuka hia................is socitety ki aise halat ka jimmardar kon hia..?


waha k logo ne kabhi yaha flat kafi saste khareede the , kaushambi me aaj flat lena shayd aam aadmi k baski bat nahi hia...its a super pash ilaka of gzb.....is socity k sath judi kisi b socitry me agar aapko flat lena hai to 50 lac atleast.....but is socitry me 12 lac k rate pe 1 studio apmt type mil jeyaga.....sab fase log apna paisa vapas nikalna chahte hia.....par is rate me bhi koi lene ko taiyar nahi hia...kuki waha ..nashedia, ladkian, sharabi, bhhot bangla hai jaise.......iska kon jimmedar hai ?

Rates are very high, Not good to buy.... Quality of GDA/DDA authority flats are not good and putting 35 Lac for just 2BHK flat is not a wise option.....

Also as per location this Madhuban Bapudham is 4 KM more away from RNE... ie 4 KM more away from Delhi/IP/Metro/Noida...... even for GZB public now RNE/Crossing is becoming public filled good new developing areas but still Madhuban Bapudham is a isolated just barren land. Rates of Madhuban Bapudham should be at least 25% lesser then RNE/Crossing from any POV.

Bhaiyo..more views pls?Sum1 pls answer the foll questions-

1. Is it a scheme worth applying to? Expected premium on allotment?
2. Expected premium after 2/5 years?
3. Whats the market rate there?
4. Whats the market rate of flats that were sold in last madhuban scheme?

Is the above scheme open as on date i.e. 24st September. ? Is the flat located in main Ghaziabad.?
