Hello Folks
I am wondering if anyone have any information about the current status of Madhuban Bapudham multistoried flat scheme 2011. When is it's draw ??
Any inputs wil be highly appreciated.

wondered that no people have replied about Madhuban Bapudham multistoried flat scheme 2011. It seems that most of the people on IREf are brokers or people fulfilling their interest.

Or it may be that nobody on IREF went for the scheme.. anyway the scheme was asking price even more than the prevailing rate that time in the area... so very few people actually subscribed.

गाजियाबाद में जीडीए फ्लैट्स 12 पर्सेंट सस्ते


गाजियाबाद।। गाजियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण (जीडीए) ने मधुबन-बापूधाम कॉलोनी में बन रहे अपने फ्लैट्स के रेट 12 पर्सेंट से घटाने का फैसला किया है। जीडीए के वीसी संतोष कुमार यादव का कहना है कि इनके रेट ज्यादा तय कर दिए गए थे। इससे बुकिंग पर असर पड़ रहा था।

जीडीए यहां 16 मंजिले तीन टावर बना रहा है। हर टावर में 660 फ्लैट यानी कुल 1980 फ्लैट बनने हैं, जो 2014 तक तैयार होने का लक्ष्य है। जीडीए ने फ्लैटों की स्कीम दो साल पहले लॉन्च की थी। 1300 वर्गफुट में बने दो बीएचके फ्लैट का लॉन्चिंग रेट अधिकतम 32 लाख रुपये और 1800 वर्गफुट के तीन बीएचके फ्लैट का रेट 42 लाख रुपये था।

यादव ने बताया कि यह स्कीम कई बार रीलॉन्च की गई, पर उम्मीद के मुताबिक बिक्री नहीं हुई। जांच से पता चला कि मार्केट के हिसाब से इन फ्लैट्स के रेट ज्यादा हैं। अब 12 पर्सेंट रेट घटने से बुकिंग में तेजी आने की उम्मीद है। उन्होंने बताया कि टावरों का कंस्ट्रक्शन शुरू हो चुका है।
