Default New society launching by cloud 9 in vaishali

I heard today that CLOUD9 is launching a new society in vaishali sec-1 behind ansal mall.anybody got any details.please share.

this is in pre launch stage and will have 5 size, Studio, 2 bhk (930,1150) and larger.

Builder had earlier launched cloud 9 in indrapuram as well. Project looks at good location with less loading and well habitated as sectors, malls.

CLP is 3994 and other charges.

Pls share your thougts..as i am looking to book under 2bhk

well i think location is good as it is just .5 km away from metro opposite to 5 star hotel but it has a very big drainage in front.that's a very big negative.i think u could get a ready to move apartment in sector 4 vaishali at this rate or near it.

One can get 2BHK (1000 sf) RTM close to metro in Viashali at this rate or little above though those socities would be above 4 years old. I sold my 2 BHK (1200sf) Flat nearly 2 months back for 55 lac at Sector-4 in Vaishali.

Cookie very true now days 2 bhk in vaishal is costing 55 lac for near 1000 sft. but i dont have that much budget.

Other point of drain is going to be covered by builder and same was done by Express green also. Also this drain is also covered by Glaxay,bikaner and by others in their area.

Honest advice try something in ramprastha greens , vaishali extension ... nice clean quite society , yet near to metro and all the amenities near by...all the best!!

How is this builder & its quality. Loading is less & I am finding price attractive. 150/sft discount is there + negotiation is possible. total 24 stories in the project. I like high rise buildings. Approvals are yet to come, thats why price is competitive.

Default Try in Express Greens

If you like the location, then you can try booking sth in Express Greens whose phase 1 is about to be delivered and phase 2 is underway. Rate wise also express greens will be more affordable. Booking in pre-launch projects always involves some element of risk

Average rate in ramprastha greens is 6000 BSP in near RTM projects and > 6000 in RTM and newly occupied projects ... I live there ...

Yes... and Ramprastha Greens Vaishali bypassed LB 3C (most branded society in NE-Way at BEST location) by very big difference in Premium... 6000 ~ 4500 PSF in actual resale rate of near RTM...... If anyone is aware then 3 years before there was no big difference in rates of Ramprastha Greens Vaishali & 3C LB...... so This is the power of METRO / END USER Dominate GZB AREA. During last 1 year Vaishali is clear winner over any other NCR Location in real RESALE RATES.
