Wink Oxy Homez Project Location & Future Prospects
Hello,

I am posting the exact location of oxy homez project & photo of construction site. I had booked a 950 sqft flat in 24 lac. Your suggestions.

OXY HOMEZ is exactly 5 KM far from current Running Dilshad Garden DELHI Metro Station. Location is fine but at this time Locality around 1.5 KM of it is not good (may be good in future). Shalimar City at 15% costly rate of OXY is much more better Location/Locality and just 3.5 KM far from Dilshad Garden Metro Station.

when did u book the flat?
i also booked a 1125 sq ft flat in 24 lacs...

Hello Saurabh,

Is there any idea of land use around the oxyhomez project? I see a lot of empty land. Proximity to airbase may be a deterrent in future development but land is mostly free of any major construction as of now.

Can it become livable in next 2-3 years?

My deal friends I have also booked 1275 sq.feet flat on oxy homez their in 30 lacs, i am also thinking if it wouold pay any profit.

Default Current Price of Oxy Homez
I had contacted them 2 weeks back and they told that New BSP is 2549 psf plus other charges.
