Default Sidhartha Vihar Yojna by Awas Vikas

Awas Vikas has again come up with a flat scheme at Sidhartha Vihar...1 BHK to Penhouses, ranging from Rs 30 Lakh to Rs 1.2 Crores...The contract of development has been given to L&T...

What are the views of the veterans about this project...What are the rates nearby...Is it worth applying in this scheme?

It seems either this project is too bad and nobody wants to say anything about it OR it is too good and people are applying secretly without attracting much crowd by writing any good about it...

All inclusive rate is coming in the range of Rs. 4500 to 4750 psf. There seems to be no discount to the prevailing price and also there is no power backup for individual flats. So most of people are not exited about the project...

But as its a govt organization you can be assured of project completion, non-disputed land etc.

Theu have extended the last date till this moth end...It seems the response was bad...There may be sure shot allotment for all applications.
Please suggest; will there be any premium if we hold it for one year? keep in mind that the project completion may take 2 years...L&T is a good construction company. The quality of the project may be quite good.

Have you seen the price its too expensive...1BHK in 30Lac.

This is not a good project to buy on this rates. The rates are too much high. With in or even less then this rate flats are available in NCR. Google pe Siddharth Vihar nam ki jagah dundhe se nahi mili. Fir samajh me aya ki actual me ye hai kaha?

Express way can a better option in this price range.

Project ke key points padkar hasi ati hai.
Map dekhkar esa lagta hai ki Project NH24 per nahi hai usse Kuch andar ki or hai. Gaddhe me Itne pese to dil wala hi laga sakta hai. NH24 or NH58 connecting road bhi gaddhe se upar karke (may be elevated) banegi. Likha hai ki Ganga jal pariyojna to pass me hai per agar ye likha hot a ki 24 hours Ganga jal pariyogna se supply milegi to jyada achcha hota.
Plot size bhi lay out plan me nahi bataya.

Is rate per Indirapuram me achci location per flats ate to achcha hota.

Baki Lene walo ki marji. Kuch logo ko private buso ki jagah sarkari bas me baithna jyada Pasand hota hai.

Sarkari hone ke Karn isme builder ke bhagne ki chinta nahi hogi. L&T project ko bana rahi hai to quality bhi achchi hogi.

Project ke delay hone per compensation dene ke bare me broacher me kahi dikhe to please share kare.
