I have seen most of the builders are taking more than 5-6 years. Best example is jaypee wish town, booking was started since begining of 2004-5 but still they did not deliver the project. Similarly Unitech- unihomes-1 also not very good result. So we are telling about the very big names but one thing is sure your money will not be lost. There are many builders who just mushrooming in real estae boom. When slow down comes, they will face the Real challenge. So point is that big names definitely give us confidence that our money will not be lost. Dont confuse the people just only say that do not choose any project. We must have some valid reason before comments anything. GENUINE COMMENTS will help all of us lot.

It is clearly visible from the language in the posts above that "agents" of competitive buiders are trying to defame amrapali's new project....i am not supporting any project here (though i have booked one in verona heights) but genuine discussion and comments would have added more value to this thread rather than reading the agent's poor marketing strategy...NOM

Hi All,

I also got a call from a broker about this project and decided to invest in it before reading this thread. However, now I doubt Amrapali's credibility and construction quality as trialsurvey and Cookie bhai have explained these alot.

I would request everyone (Trialsurvey, Cookie bhai and everyone who participated in this survey) to put their views regarding the below question.

I am planning to buy a 2bhk in Noida extention for both short term investment ( May play 20% payment game and resell it) and Long Term investment ( might hold the property for longer period of time). As per the price I also liked this project however the reviews are pathetic and Now I need a true and fair advice. Please let me know whether I should go for verona heights or should I look for another option. My budget would be max 30 lacks all inclusive....

Sunildang :- Please let me know about the corporate discount as well, how much they are offering and what would be the all inclusive price of a 2bhk after this discount.

Exit is after 80% in Verona Heights. Amrapali construction quality is something disguesting - all Chinese material from tiles to sanitary fittings and what not but every project sells and also gives return sometimes good and sometime not so good. You need a big heart if investing in Amrapali.

what worries me most abt this project is the fact that its G+34 floors !!

assotech celeste towers sec 44 was also 34 floors and its a luxury project with only 1 floor per flat .. and just look at the delays in it

not sure how much time amrapali would take in building its G+34 towers!

Now I don't want to book a flat in Aprapali Verona because....Amrapali is charging PLC for BURJ KHALIFA DUBAI.

Maine puchha Burj Khalifa ki PLC tum log kyun le rahe ho.
Marketing guy said....
" KYUNKI JAB AAP BURJ KHALIFA KE TOP FLOOR SE INDIA KI TARAF DEKHOGE TO SIRF VERONA HI DIKHEGA......

BEACUSE THIS IS ONLY PROJECT IN INDIA WHICH WILL GROW WITH TIME....

They are charging direction plc too.

For North direction flat Himalaya view plc

for south direction flat Sri Lanka view plc
