Hey guys..i have invested in a flat in astha pride(Ansal Megapolis)....I am in discussion with management to go out of this project(thinking this project will take years to built and would not be feasible for end use) and since there will be lot of dependency on ROB so connectivity will be an issue etc. doesnt matter it will be built in 4-5 years).
or you suggest me wait for some more time with ansals..

Will you consider Gaur Atulyam worth investing on top of Astha Pride. Please let me know pros and cons alongwith the best price you guys are getting for this project

Did u get buyer for ur Astha Pride flat? I have doubt that u get buyer for this project. Or r u going to cancel this, in that case builder may charge u penality.
Again u can consider Gaur Atulyam for end use as price is low but not for investment due to its average location.

I have not got any buyer as of now but i am thinking to cancel and come out with whatever i receive, as not seeing much progress at the site too....so jitna milta hai utna leke baaki projects dekh rha hoo...for end use.
I am also considering AVJ heights also....but need to increase my budget a bit!

Hi Everyone,

I am first time buyer and I had given the Booking amount cheque dated 27 jan 2014 for 2 BHK (955 sq ft) to the agent for
booking in Gaur Atulayam. But as of now the cheque is not debited. Moreover the agent is now saying that I will be allotted
in 1040 sq ft as there are no units available that too Gaur is not giving any choices to select the Unit. I am not sure how
much reliable is the agent in regard to this.

Also, as per agent he himself is not sure what would be the BSP that would be charged as Gaur is increasing prices every
few days. But my concern is I gave the cheque on 27th Jan so why should I be paying as per the current date pricing. Did
anyone of you faced similar situation?

Better goto Gaur office for sort out confusion, if not satified request bank to STOP cheque which u have given.

you wont get 955sq ft if cheque is not encashed yet
but bsp and free car parking and discount on bsp and unit no. confirmation can be done hand to hand
u can get inventory on old price with on form 4 to 5% discount and waivwr in car parking. no increaswd bsp.
stop cheque..

What is the current status of the offering. Can we still get discounted rates(Old BSP,Discounts,Less car parking fee)? I want to book for end use as price is low.

yes partial car parking is free
discount on form 4 to 5%
old.bsp in some units

I doubt whether old rates (2090 for top floor) would still be available. Infact, I had booked on 24th Jan the 955 unit with cheque date as 27th jan. The Booking amount got debited on 25th Feb but Gaur is charging as per new rate (2300 psf top floor). I would prefer cancelation for this as I am not willing to go with new price. Still if any agent /dealer says he can give in old price, it would be good to just give a double check.
