Hi Gaurav,

Tom'row I am going to release next 10% payment from my own pocket. I spoke to agent about FAR and layout change issues...he told me, Bulland not going to change any layout except Tower 'D', planning to dig more of this tower. Rest of the towers "No Changes" and all tower will have 21 Floors, as per his statement. let see..

Hello Suren,
Once i saw ur comments i called up bulland guys,and they told me that they will send demand letter around 8 of this month and ask for next 10% payment.He told all other towers layout is same except tower F.

I booked in Tower 'F' but broker didn't say anything..he told me Tower 'D' having some changes...it's confusing....

Anyone has plan to go Bulland office directly to get the full and correct info?

I got a call from Bulland stating as the size of my flat 1295 has now increased by 15 ft,They need to change my Agrrement and they ask me to send them ,so that they can send the updated one.Also they said they will be sending demand letters to everyone in next week.

Last night, my agent came and collected the next 10% payment cheque but he didn't say anything about this. Its quite risky if they are asking our signed BBA back and new one they will send if any other term & condition changed then?????

I have received call from Bulland and they are asking for new BBA as when I have booked size was 1125 and later they changed to1168.
They may ask for new demand for changed size after changing BBA.

Hi Suren/Ankit,

Even I asked this think to Raman who called,like you can change terms and condition too,then he told please take a photo copy,we will only change the pages which state of size and the amount then.Though it is risk,but we also need to get the BBA with right size.
