एक्सटेंशन में किसानों की पंचायत आज


ग्रेटर नोएडा :
नोएडा एक्सटेंशन में किसानों की रविवार को पंचायत होगी। इसे सफल बनाने के लिए संघर्ष समिति ने शनिवार को कई गांवों का दौरा किया। किसानों का कहना है कि प्राधिकरण उनके साथ वादाखिलाफी कर रहा है। किसानों को हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर अर्जित भूमि की एवज में दस फीसद जमीन देने का समझौता हुआ था। प्राधिकरण अब इसे घटाकर छह प्रतिशत करने की बात कर रहा है। इसका विरोध किया जाएगा।

संघर्ष समिति का कहना है कि 64.7 फीसद अतिरिक्त मुआवजा देने में भी देरी की जा रही है। आबादी की बैकलीज होना बाकी है। प्रत्येक गांव में बीस से पच्चीस फीसद किसानों की आबादी निस्तारण होना शेष है। प्राधिकरण इन समस्याओं का निराकरण करने में देरी कर रहा है। इन समस्याओं को हल कराने के लिए किसान आंदोलन करेंगे। रविवार को एक्सटेंशन के शिव मंदिर पर होने वाली पंचायत में इसकी रणनीति तैयार की जाएगी। शनिवार को किसानों ने खेड़ा चौगानपुर, तुस्याना, ,खैरपुर गुर्जर, पतवाड़ी, इटेड़ा, बिसरख, ऐमनाबाद आदि गांवों का दौरा कर किसानों से पंचायत में पहुंचने की अपील की।

Also compare to construction progress of homes 121 with NE. NE will take atlest 2 years to comes to the stage of Homes121.
Also Homes 121 comes under Noida while NE comes under GN. My POV

good point abt construction progress ..
but does city name being GN or Noida make a difference for end users

how abt renesa, ambrosia or aranya .. these are at very initial stage as well .. but still price is much higher than NE .. bit strange

Noida brand name always fetch premium. Indirapuram is hardly 1km aay from noida sec 62-63 but Still there is difference between rates in Indirapuram and noida. Similarly you can see the rates difference between Noida 7x sectors and NE even when they launched at same time.

Also going forward NE will be very dense. Specially there will be chaos at Gol chakkar.

bhai mere dense ho ya na ho, ab koi choice hai kiya? Ya toh Noida me 950 sqft ka flat lo aur khush raho, ya NE 1400 sqft ka flat aur 2 years jyada wait karo
India ki population bahut, Europe aur US tos hai nahi, aise hi jinaa hoga

sahi keh rahe ho .. meri bhi "watt" lag gayi .. 850 sq ft ka chota sa under construction flat 35 lakhs mein liya hai in noida (wo bhi resale mein ) !!

i agree , but apne pocket ko bhi dekhni hai. I was looking in noida sabse affordable jp kosmos tha with deceny size of 1150, but mere office door tha. So i have booked here with bigger size. Ab bhai book karna jaroori tha , research karte huye CR me same flat 1 -2 maheene 3 lacs jyada ka ho gaya. Ab jab CR ki ye haalat hai, jisko main bekaar bolta tha. Toh book kar diya, aage dekhaa jaayega kaisa rahega.
