Default ReSale in Noida Extension

has Resale started in noida extension. Considering the new rates of arnd 3000 to 3400 per sq ft all inclusive for flats .
what should be the resale rates for flats and the villas?

We are still waiting for any post(resale done) in GW(NE).

hope it may around(2800-3000AI).

With. Increased FAR rates should be more competitive but rates are increasing day by day.....how much builders have to pay for increased FAR to authority..

went NE today... checked the road from gol chakkar to NH-24.. moves further almost 1-2 km from GC-16 location .. and then it ends abruptly.. like there are some debris of broken houses.... seems that those were the UN-authorized colonies which were demolished a week back....

after that u can go with a 2 wheeler... i was in car so its difficult as a 4 wheeler will land in some big pit.. and will never come out ....

good news about Gaur Buyers..GC ke projects mai kaam chal raha tha ... and some 30-35 labors could be seen on each of project as whole....

shayad sat and sunday ko laga dete hain kaam pe labors ko.. naye buyers ko dikhaane ke liye .. aur waaise bhi aaj Gaur ka Carnival tha innocent new buyers ko choona lagane ka gaur gol chakkar pe...
