Commercial sector is just opposit 130sqm road C/D block.....

Even Eross Sampoornam project/Amrapali Dream valley is touching 3-4 blocks of sector 2... Even if these builders dont give possession but in next 1 year.. you will have some construction activities.. means crowd...

But any way.. other RTM options/facilities already available so good for end user/investorss.

Dont go via broker else you may have to pay 1% Extra + brokers margin.. these days broker tell differnt price to buyer and different price to seller and eat different amount... no one is working on commission basis...


Even if NE situation remain same for builders project... sector 2/3 will remain crowded due to RTM/other facilities touching these sectors...

Is transfer and loan facility available for these authority plots or built-up house?

Loan is not available before possession (3-4 months+) But address change/name transfer can be done from authority on the basis of POA/GPA/Will

I am fed up with the delay. One who has bought on POA and is always worried for something or the other! Any ideas when the authority will offer possesion??? tia

Abhi premium 32K-35K se badhkar 55K-65K ho Gaya hoGa..... Main problem is the price is neither decided by demand or supply. It is solely decided by owner's capacity to hold and will of property dealer.

this is a very shaky market...now you will not even be able to sell your plot even if you wanted to, forget gettting 55k or even 35k. all sale have stopped, almost.

Why the sales stopped of sector 2 plots and please tell me if development is going on of these plots
