Default Omicron 1A sector : How good is for investment or end use ?

Hi Friends,

I want to know your views regarding Omicron 1A sector in Greater Noida.
There are built up houses from authority. Quality of houses is average.
For a 120Sqm house agents are quoting around 38-40 lacs.

Do you think it would be a good option for end use ? Say i want to move there after 3-4 years ?

No....they COULD be liveable in next 5-6 years minimum.

People will start moving around pari chowk area first....even tenants

Rate if influx of population is slow due to lack of Companies Offices.

If the IT parks of Gnoida which are coming up in next 2 yrs or so...see very good leasing and occupancy by good companies....People will move in faster and thus far off sectors will be liveable faster

But by present rate....it will for sure be more than 5-6 yrs

Brokers everywhere do this.....

There is no IT park around

The region is not seeing any development

As there is no maintenance charges...the investors have no burden to sell it
They have holdiing power and wait...and keep puching up rates

due to limited options, they are demanding as much as they can.
going beyond 65-70 lac is not worth at this moment.
