I think gaur city will be better because the gaur has good reputation in noida.the greenarch belong to new way homes pvt. Ltd. Which has no past experience in the real estate.which has never given any project till todate.the booking procedure is done by new way homes pvt. Ltd. & cheque is also taken by new way homes pvt. Ltd. There is no responsibility of saviour in the project.

no unit in gaur at 870.. its 955which has layout matching 860in savior

I need suggestions for genuine buyers, For which bank should I prefer for Home loan. I personally prefer public banks but does any public bank
aapproved Green Arch's Layout!!

They were finding difficult to get buyers at below 3000, who will buy at 3100
