You need to wait for 1-2 months as they changed the sizes and now wait to get revised approval from authorities before banks can approve the new sizes.

As per broker max. on form discount is 7%. Looking for advise to book through broker or builder as broker will provide some credit note of ~2%

I hope u getting club membership free as well in this discount
Will advice to wait for 7-10 days before booking in saviour
Going with a broker is no issue if he gives u maximum discount

I had words with Axis bank loan department they are ready to give loan in GreenArch Dewberry tower 10th floor inventory.

Anyone booked flat in Green Arch as yet?
Please suggest how much on form discount is given, mine consultant is giving about 7% on form. Any better deal than please suggest..

Thanks Ankurji, Yes club membership is free....is more than 7% on form is available?
Could you explain about waiting for 7-10 days?
Can i get allotment letter/BBA with 20% payment now?

Club + 7% on form + credit nore (varying from 1 to 2.5 %) available.. I don't think there is any better deal.
Noone is giving more than 7% on form. I believe credit note money has 50% probability only

i m also confused between GC14 avenue and Green arch. Let me know which one is better from end user point of view
