Sector-10 flats are the turning point of this scheme. As Authority havn't provide the option of MU or Sec-10 flats.
Through this scheme they easily sell their useless flats of MU-2 sector....

Want to know YERWA scheme also worth to apply instead of GNIDA scheme?
As of now chances are high to get the flat in YERWA but their also no premium.

Thanks varshneyiet sir.....nice stuff.....That is why i was yelling to the world why to apply for these khandars in sunsaan veerana (this place might attract Ramsay brothers).

Dont know why people are busy filling forms for every member in their family. They need to understand these flats are not like DDA, where you can get brokers paying you good premium of your lottery.

I would not recommend to go for Yamuna expressway flats....
1) Rates to this area will take time to pick and very tough to get brokers as well.
2) No such visibility of Metro to this route.
3) Jewar Airport was the only the boon factor for this area...which is scrapped.

The only good thing about these flats are closed to F1 circuit(if not mistaken these flats are in sector 18), but F1 diwali happens to be only 3 days in a year.

But take your decision and please share across your new findings.

totally agree with cookie.
You can easily get rent 4-5K in near future but u can't get this rent in MU-2 Sector.

MU-II has its own set of advantages.

Just in case ( fair assumption though) Bodaki railway station comes up , these houses will be very near to it.
Definitely these houses are near to Transport hub.
If Ansal's HItec city becomes a real good township , it will be in front of MU-II.
An approved SEZ is near by.

But we have seen how GNIDA only plans and never implements.
Every investment is subject to risk , take risk and gain later ( may be you can end up in loss)

I have seen many people who say "Yahaan kaun rahega , ye jungle he " and same people regret later " Yahaan humko Kodiyon ke bhaav mil rahi thi, humnein nahin li "

All in all " Marzi he aapki , aakhir paisa he aapka"

Correct Doodieman......

We should apply this scheme.4-5 year later we can easily get 6-7 lac premium.
Only this way we can make sum property.
