Agree Bros... my only WORRY is that there are many small scale builders in NE who are trying to encash this current siverlining that NE gonna open up soon and writing some attractive clauses in BBA ...

As u both invested there ... pls answer my query is that what is the background of this builder and hw much strength u see in his backbone, as I am sure rates wud have not been the only reason u guys invested there ... must have done ur homework..

pls share ur feedback for some clarity to me n fellow members ..
Sure in case you want to see the track record you need to visit the already completed projects of this builder.

Just an FYI this is not their first project. I saw the MEA appratment that was build by them I liked it. Some of the companies have their gest houses their and the guys who stayed there gave in a good feedback. This builder has about 7 projects completed at multiple locations.

BTW none of the huge builders were huge when they started. It is their service and quality offering that made them big. If you compare this guy with the people who constructed Jaipuria then this guys is much better.

Moreover if we only think that goog builders always give awesome quality please check some of the supertech disasters and you will know what I am talking about. Again those few project does not make this builder a bad builder.

Again I am neither a broker nor am I trying to defend this builder. I have booked a flat here and after booking the service provided by them was really timely and in proper. This is also because they know they are not as big as others so they will be grounded unlike the bigger builders.

Thanks a lot buddy. Also, I would like to add here that noida extension was never meant to vanish from the map. Though there were some delays happened now but that was something very commonly happen with newly acquired lands, one of them is Indirapuram which is now considered as most livable place. And yes, I have also seen their Park View apartments in vasundhra and found them satisfactory.

Did any one received the demand letter for full 10% payment of booking amount?
I booked one home for me with booking amount as 1Lac. Now I have received a demand letter to pay complete 10% of booking amount.
I have no idea how they can ask for more money when Noida Extension issue is not resolved.
Please suggest what to do?

Showing some papers is irrelevant. Do they have "kabsa" of the land.
Do they have put a temporary wall along the circumference of the complete project, if not, GNA has not transferred land to the builder.
As far as the wall is considered they have a temp wall across the circumference of the area they are claiming their own.

It is not unusual to be skeptical about a builder who is not that known but again guys we do know what is in store so I guess we should not be apprehensive either.

There are many builders who are new in this area and that is the reason why the rates are not that high probably. Lets not forget every builder big or small was new one day.

Came to know that they are launching exclusive tower with lots of added features and facilities Exclusively for the IT Guys. Had a look at the brochure. Very interesting. Carries all IT language. :-)
