Couple of years back when passing by the Gurgaon station on way to Jaipur, I noticed a large Adani warehouse. .... May be its the same land which is now being redeveloped

I got mail from Broker. Adani coming in sector 102.
2 BHK -> 1500 Sq ft., BSP -> Rs.5200/-
Inaugral Discount -> 200, thus BSP -> Rs.5000
