They are planning to launch it approx 4000
Since you have purchased @3400, it will take some time to make some kind of profit & exit (read 8-10 months for resale rates to touch 3600 + levels Currently 3100-3150 levels )

As of now, it is approve by AXis, LIC & First blue. It is better to have a talk with AnantRaj Guy case you are preferring HDFC. They ar I was also in same dillema, but now I decided to wait. Incase if it is not appd by HDFC by d time I will go for AXIS

Amit.. I dont think so.
The resale price is 3100-3150 quoted by brokers
I am able to find 2950 in 99acres, Tried calling them only to hear that resale prices are 3100-3150.
Last few fresh bookings were done 3400.

MNairK,

He bought it on Yesterday and AR is not taking any booking.
So I doubt, he purchase in Fresh.

3150 is not the resale price because I have already got the offer of 3250.

It's in Resale. I think the location is very good strategic; the prices of other builder are 50% high in just 100 mts radius from this place.What do you say ? Have i paid more??

Should be Tower J , M or L which are supposed to be commanding good location.

I think, He bought the FLAT in Tower J or K because these 2 towers launched at low price.
