Dlf will be the first one to deliver the project in Sec 92 and the expected date of delivery for New town Heights will be another 1-1.5 yrs

Add another 2 years (Area will develop,commercial launches)
After that another 1 years for other basic amenities(school,hospital etc)

So ia assume that it will take 4-5 years before the area is fully developed.


Also DLF Is planning to come out with galleria type of concept but thaat is planned in sec 91.
the widening of pataudi road is already in progress.

the resale rate quoted for 2 br in ansal heights is around 3000.

P.S i have a 2br apartment in ansal heights and this is the rate quoted by broker for selling my apartment 20 days earlier

Als o i have received builder buyer agreement for the apaertment

Got letter from Ansals that they are going to start construction of there sec-92 within next 30 days.
Also it mentions that HDFC is doing loan for the project.

Anybody else also got the letter ????

Yes...Even i have receieved the letter and also they have started with the construction as fresh call is also included in the recnt update by Ansals.

What is your query, I didn't get it.. If you asking About ansal project then I think you should look for re-sale option. You can get it for 3100-3200/-
as compared to new bookings.

How is Ansal heights sector 92 from inventement prespective ? I hold a 2 BHK flat here . Its current price is around 3200/- psf. seems construction just started. Recomended to hold or sale ? Pls share inputs / advise

sell n hold both decisions are good ... roi will nt be more as hold will require more input of money
