Hi All,

Got an email form a dealer about an affordable housing project in 37 C sector. I wanted to check with experts on authenticity on this.

Here is the email i got.


Budget Homes :*

Location : Sec. - 37C, Dwarka Express Road., Gurgaon.

Official Booking Cost : 16 Lac.

Booking Amount : 1.65 lac Cheque (Apex Buildwell Pvt. Ltd)

Flat Size : 810 Sq. Ft., 2 BHK

Launching Date : July- aug 2012.

Documentation : Receipt.

Property Situation : Pre- Launching.

Documentation : Receipt. Is this only because of pre-launch booking?otherwise why not a BBA (proper documentation) for even budget housing??

less than 2k psf..looks interesting...checked website of apex..they are doing some project in ghaziabad

9 lac is what I heard from my broker... He Is pretty bullish on it, although, I m not too keen on it, personally..

This is a complete scam and being promoted through brokers with no reliability of delivery and construction quality. Cash is being taken as hush money.

Yes! I'm quite in agreement!! This is a shady deal nd shady deals are for slim shadys of the world... Not for people like us... I know a coupla people who're buying this but I hv decided to stay away... Had manniyay ashok chavan thought like us, he'd still be the chief minister of the maha state of the Indian republic .. Hope the example turns off the real slim shady's from standing up..

How builder will manage construction quality in this amount (less than 2000 bsp)?
