Great stuff so sunbreeze is galloping.. maintaining 140% in a period of 2 years!!!.. Honestly I would be happy around 24% pa in any investment

Most of the resale prices quoted here are on the higher side.

Mahindra is available in 3900, so if Chintels

Sunbreeze/Vista - deals can be found at 4400

Alpha G - Available in 3800-3850

Also the returns proportion will reduce with every subsequent instalment...

Due to unorganized resale market, buyer seller difference is imminent..these prices are purely indicative and not commercial sale or purchase prices. Anyone planning to sell or buy should do own market check..
